Work with me 1:1
Some people know exactly what they need. Others arrive with a feeling that something needs to shift and aren’t quite sure what yet. Either way, this is where we start.
Outside of Wing Woman, I offer a focused range of one to one options — for coaches looking for supervision, managers and leaders wanting to understand themselves better, and anyone navigating a transition or moment of change.
Coaching supervision
£150 per hour
For coaches who want a regular, structured space to reflect on their practice, work through the complex stuff and keep developing. Supervision is the part of the job that makes everything else better — and it’s too often the first thing that gets dropped.
These are 1:1 sessions. If you’re interested in group supervision, get in touch and we can talk through what’s possible.
Know your impact
£375 including report
DISC coaching session A 90 minute coaching session built around your DISC profile. We go deep on who you are, how you show up, and the impact you have on the people around you. You leave with your full report and a clarity about yourself that changes how you lead.
Designed for managers and leaders who want more than a personality test — this is a proper coaching conversation that turns self-awareness into something you can actually use.
Own your growth
£1,200
A structured six session programme for people in transition — stepping into a new role, navigating a career change, or simply at a point where you want to get really clear on where you’re headed and who you are getting there.
Each session builds on the last, with guided activities between sessions that support you to explore your identity, challenge your assumptions and see yourself differently — so you move forward with intention and momentum.
6 session coaching package
£1,500
Six hours of one to one coaching, shaped entirely around what you’re navigating. No fixed agenda — just the space, the questions and the thinking partnership to help you move forward.

Once a month, I write about what I am seeing, thinking, and working through. Leadership, business, the human stuff that sits underneath both. Honest, considered, and worth ten minutes of your time (you can always unsubscribe if it’s not).
