I’ve been named a finalist for Leadership Coach of the Year at the National Coaching Awards.
It’s a huge honour, and one that means so much because it reflects the work I care deeply about:
supporting leaders, teams and organisations to grow their emotional intelligence, have braver conversations, and create workplaces where people genuinely thrive.
For me, coaching isn’t about models or tools alone.
It’s about humanity.
It’s about creating the right conditions for people to feel seen, valued and capable of moving forward – even when things feel tough or complex.
Being recognised for that work is incredibly meaningful.
